Founded by Planneris’ Principal Consultant, Africa Leads was launched to address youth unemployment through vocational education and agri-entrepreneurship training. Over five years, the program reached more than 200 youth across 15 villages, secured $500K in funding, and achieved an 80% post-graduation employment or venture creation rate.
