She draws on more than a decade of experience advancing organizational performance and impact across philanthropy, education, government, and social enterprise. Her career reflects a consistent throughline: strengthening the systems, cultures, and strategies that enable organizations to deliver on their purpose. She has led initiatives that bridge strategy with execution, building operational rigor while maintaining a deep commitment to human-centered leadership. As an entrepreneur, Toni founded a social enterprise in West Africa that equips young people with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship. The program evolved into a model for vocational training, local innovation, and collaborative development. Today, she leads The Planneris Group, a strategy and operations consulting firm that partners with funders, institutions, and public agencies to design actionable strategies and build internal capacity for long-term impact. Through her work, she helps organizations align mission with measurable outcomes, strengthen performance infrastructure, and embed clarity and accountability into their operations. Her approach is grounded in empathy, precision, and disciplined execution. She brings eight years of experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and organizational development, grounded in a belief that impact is only possible when strategy and execution are aligned. Her career began in the private sector, where she led major performance and operational transformation initiatives at one of Africa’s largest e-commerce companies. There, she built data-informed systems, improved revenue performance, and developed cross-functional processes that were adopted across multiple markets. She later co-founded a consulting practice supporting early-stage companies in improving customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and product-market alignment. Damidera’s commitment to social impact extends through her work in the nonprofit and education sectors. As a Golub Board Fellow with The Forbes Funds, she supported the Global Leadership Lab and helped nonprofit coalitions strengthen governance, operational clarity, and program strategy. She has also partnered with mission-driven startups to design diagnostic frameworks, go-to-market strategy, and capacity-building tools that enhance organizational health and learning outcomes. She brings analytical rigor, thoughtful design, and a practical execution mindset to her work, helping organizations navigate complexity and move from intention to sustained progress. Damidera holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
