Toni Zoumanigui is a strategist, operator, and builder whose work bridges purpose and performance. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Planneris Group, she helps organizations design the clarity, structure, and systems that turn vision into results across philanthropy, education, and government.
Her career spans Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and global nonprofits. At Google, she led brand and operational strategy initiatives that improved collaboration and scaled impact across global teams. At Accenture Federal Services and Eagle Hill Consulting, she strengthened customer experience and organizational effectiveness within complex public systems. As a social entrepreneur, Toni founded Africa Leads, a social enterprise in Senegal that trained youth for employment through vocational education and small business incubation. The program became a model for sustainable workforce development and cross-sector partnership across West Africa.
Toni brings a rare combination of analytical discipline, cross-sector fluency, and deep empathy for the people behind systems change. Her work has reached institutions and communities across the United States, West Africa, and Europe, helping leaders align strategy with measurable progress.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she focused on enterprise leadership and strategy, and a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Global Health and International Development.
